Driving with the Acer N35 GPS PDA is quite easy. The navigation pad is a square arrangement beneath the screen plus there is a scroll wheel on the left hand side of the device. This makes the device easy to use.

Acer N35 is loaded with 266 MHz processor and 64 MB or RAM, which is sufficient for running a pocket PC applications. This smart Acer PDA GPS is equipped with Samsung processor and is compatible with Windows operating system. It has a display resolution of 240×320 pixels. It is also pre-loaded with Power LOC Destination 3 GPS software that supports GPS system. This handheld PDA GPS device has a Lithium battery and it has a battery life of 8 hours (when in operation) and 150 hours (when in stand-by). The battery gets fully recharged with 3 hours.

To connect to the Internet you will need to add a SWLSDI-1100 compact size wireless card specially designed for PDA’s such as pocket PC which supports SD cards. The wireless card supports 64bit and 128 bit WEP. You can easily access Internet, e-mail and corporate servers using pocket PC. You can easily download Acer N35 PDA GPS software from Internet. Acer also provides some utility software and tools for its PDAs on their website.

Apart from Acer, Garmin PDA GPS, Palm PDA GPS and HP PDA GPS are also quiet popular.

    There are quite a few laptop manufacturers that also recognize the need for higher RAM which is why there are some which offer upgrade worthy versions where you can increase the RAM to about 2 GB also. This is not only possible but also becoming increasingly common in the world of mini laptops.
